FACE OF DESTINY: PORTRAITS BY KARSH by Yosuf Karsh.
Bryan Adams asked "Shouldn’t the lighting be like Karsh?" I was Art Directing his book "American Woman" for Calvin Klein 15 years ago. "Who?" I said, feeling very embarrassed. Bryan explained Yousuf Karsh was an Armenian-Canadian photographer who took the greatest portraits of the 20th century. When we finished the project Bryan sent me this book: FACES OF DESTINY— an astonishing collection of portraits of forty-eight past and present world figures. I'll never forget Bryan's kindness, and how much I treasured this book and what it represents.
