We visited countless olive farms until we discovered the Brosius family. Their orchard sits in the chalky sun-soaked hills of Paso Robles. High above the California coast, their olives reach for the sun at the ideal altitude. The soil here is rich in nutrients, resulting in a herbaceous vigorous taste and deep aroma. Olives are hand-picked at the peak of ripeness, and processed in the evening of the same day they’re picked, yielding a greener oil with and an incredible spicy taste.
Our organic olive oil comes in a 400 ML/13.5 fl oz glass bottle that has been UV-coated to protect it from packaged in a dark glass bottle to protect from oxidation.
